The Reserves Balance Report in Scribe Accounts provides an overview of the financial position of your reserves. Spend and receipt will be automatically populated as based on your setup and these amounts are reported as a total figure.

How to View a Breakdown of Spend/Receipt

To view a breakdown of the total spend and receipt against a reserve, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to List ReportsTransactions.
  • Use the Filter button at the top of the report to narrow down the results:
    • Select to view Payments, Receipts or Both.
    • Select the relevant Cost Code(s) linked to the reserve.
    • Apply any additional filters such as date range if needed.
    • Select View Report.
  • Once filtered, the report will show a detailed list of transactions related to the reserve. The total will match that shown on the Reserves Balance Report.
