Scribe doesn't have a dedicated facility to print receipts when money is received from a customer.
The best way to deal with this is to raise a Sales Invoice and add 'Paid with Thanks' under Details of Account so that it prints on the invoice and can be given/sent to the customer. As the money has been received it can be immediately converted to a receipt.
You could also consider emailing confirmation of receipt with our email functionality and prefilled templates.
