What is the Edit Profile in Scribe

It's important to ensure your profile on Scribe is up to date and includes the correct number and email address. Through the Edit Profile section in Scribe, you can update details as well as change your password and update two factor authentication settings. 

 

Editing your Profile in Scribe

Navigate to menu Account → Edit Profile.

In the Edit Profile section, you can make changes to your login details, including your email address, phone number, and password.

To change your password, enter your current password in the designated field. Then, enter a new password that meets the following criteria: it should contain at least one letter, one number, and one special character.

If you wish to enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security, check the box provided. You will have the option to select whether you want the authentication code to be sent through email or SMS. To disable 2FA, simply uncheck the box.

Click 'update' to save your changes
