Consider what you might need to record for additional services where you need to grant some form of approval. These may include books of remembrance, replacement plaques or trees, scattering of ashes etc. You would wish to issue formal permissions in such cases.

You could also record entries for administrative items like genealogical research or copy documents. This will allow you to pass charges to accounts.

All entries will still be tied to the cemetery and grave number, and will require grant date and grant number, as well as applicant details. Note you can start the entry using a Copy from an existing record if you wish.

Make sure you have relevant documents in your standard document set up, and appropriate charges in your fees.
