Why Can’t I Find My Email Templates?

If you've created email templates and are unable to see them under CRM → Templates, it's important to know that email templates in Scribe are app-specific. This means templates will only appear under the app in which they were created.

For example:

  • If you created the templates while using Scribe Accounts, they will only be visible in CRM → Templates within the Scribe Accounts app.
  • Similarly, if they were created in Scribe Allotments, Bookings, or Cemetery, you’ll need to access the relevant app to view and manage those templates.

How to Locate Your Email Templates:

  1. Verify the App You Are Using:

    • Check which Scribe app you are currently using. You can identify this by the main menu options visible on your screen.
  2. Navigate to the Templates Section:

    • Within the correct app, go to CRM → Templates.
    • Here, you will find all templates specific to that app.
  3. Switch to the Correct App if Needed:

    • If the templates you’re looking for are not visible, they might belong to a different app. Switch to the app where you originally created them, and then go to CRM → Templates.

Important Note:

Templates are not shared across apps, so they must be managed individually within each app.
