Scribe Bookings provides several options to help you manage your bookings and communicate effectively with your customers. Follow this guide to set up your unique booking link, add your contact information, and customise your privacy settings.
Configuring Your Unique Booking Link
A unique booking link is provided to instantly take online bookings.
Access Your Unique Booking Link:
Navigate to Bookings Page
Locate the section titled "Unique Booking Link."
Using Your Unique Booking Link:
Copy the link provided.
Add this link to your website, share it on social media, include it in emails, or add it to your venue's listing on Google My Business.
This link allows users to instantly book online, streamlining the process for both you and your customers.
Adding Privacy Link and Terms and Conditions URL
Navigate to Privacy Settings:
Navigate to Bookings Page
Enter URLs:
In the designated fields, enter the URLs for your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
These links will be displayed on your bookings page, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Fill in your phone number. These details will be used for booking notifications, general enquiries, and block booking enquiries.
Enable Cookie Consent Banner:
If a Privacy Policy URL is set, a cookie consent banner will automatically appear on your bookings page.
4. Customise SMS Sender Name:
In the SMS settings, enter a custom sender name for your SMS notifications. Ensure it is limited to 11 characters and contains no numbers.
5. View Your Bookings Page:
Click on the "View your bookings page" link to see your finalised page. This allows you to review how your booking page appears to users.
