The Caretakers report can be viewed under Reports/Caretakers and is designed specifically for anyone that needs to be aware of the venue being booked and at what times (e.g. key holders, caretakers).

The report will give both a calendar view and a list view just beneath this.

You can view the report for a specific venue and using the Advanced tab, you can filter the report based on booking status, payment status, customer and venue type (e.g. Hall). You can also check the box to include any additional services in the report.

The report will provide details of the start and end date/time, venue, additional services needed (if box is checked) and any operational notes added against the booking.

As with all reports you can share directly via email or with a shareable link using the "Share" button. You can download the report into different formats using "Download" and you can also print the report using the printer icon in the top right corner.
