▶️ How to stop booking email and SMS notifications being sent

Email and SMS notifications are configured in two main areas.   You can turn them off for the whole council via the council profile

 

Update council profile

 

  • Navigate to Account → Council Profile
  • Scroll down to bookings
  • Uncheck all communications

 

 

Update contact settings

You can also override the council settings on an individual user basis. When you are creating a booking, click on the edit button for your contact

 

Scroll down, and make sure the contact is set to `Use Default Settings` to use the council settings, or enable SMS or Email for that particular user.
