Custom inspection forms can be created for your allotment sites. The Allotment Inspection is a default checklist but you may require additional questions or different checklists for different sites. 

To add a new inspection form navigate to Setup → Inspection Forms and click the + icon or Edit → Add Record:

  • Title - Enter the name of your inspection form
  • Description - further description/details of your form (optional)
  • Questions
    • Question Title - the subject, e.g. Waste, Weeds etc.
    • Question - select from the drop down list for existing questions or enter your own
    • Click Add New Question to add further questions. Click the bin icon to remove a question
    • The last option will be the Result (select the preset question or enter your own)
  • Notes - add any notes (optional)

Once completed click Save. The form will appear in the list and can be selected against the relevant plot meaning it will be used when an inspection is created against the plot:

Plots can also be bulk edited to update the selected Form Template against multiple plots. See Plots (Editing Plots in Bulk).
