Currently, Civic.ly does not support advanced reporting, but you can easily download your asset register as a CSV file or print a visual report using grid view.

Option 1: Download Asset Register (CSV Format)

This method provides a structured asset list in a spreadsheet format (without images).

1. Navigate to the Assets List in Civic.ly.
2. Click the Download button in the top right corner of the asset list.
3. The CSV file will download to your device, which you can open in Excel or any spreadsheet software.

Note: CSV exports do not include images.

Option 2: Print an Asset Report with Images (PDF Format)

If you need images, you can generate a printable asset report using the grid view.

1. Go to the Assets List.
2. Switch to Grid View by clicking the appropriate toggle or using this direct link.
3. Once in Grid View, press Ctrl + P (Windows) / Cmd + P (Mac) to open the print dialog.
4. Select Save as PDF as the printer option.
5. Click Print to generate a PDF report with asset images.
