Currently, Civic.ly does not support advanced reporting, but you can easily download your asset register as a CSV file or print a visual report using grid view.
Option 1: Download Asset Register (CSV Format)
This method provides a structured asset list in a spreadsheet format (without images).
- Navigate to the Assets List in Civic.ly.
- Click the Download button in the top right corner of the asset list.
- The CSV file will download to your device, which you can open in Excel or any spreadsheet software.
Note: CSV exports do not include images.
Option 2: Print an Asset Report with Images (PDF Format)
If you need images, you can generate a printable asset report using the grid view.
- Go to the Assets List.
- Switch to Grid View by clicking the appropriate toggle or using this direct link.
- Once in Grid View, press Ctrl + P (Windows) / Cmd + P (Mac) to open the print dialog.
- Select Save as PDF as the printer option.
- Click Print to generate a PDF report with asset images.
Future Updates
We plan to introduce PDF asset reports with more advanced formatting in late spring. Stay tuned for updates!
