The % Occupancy figure on the Bookings Dashboard shows how much of your venue capacity is currently booked over the next 90 days. Here's how it's calculated:

  1. Find the Total Booked Hours
This is the total number of hours that have been booked across all your venues over the next 90 days, including both provisional and confirmed bookings.

  2. Find the Total Available Hours
This is the total number of hours your venues are available for booking over the next 90 days. It is based on the opening hours you have set in your venue schedules.

  3. Calculate the % Occupancy
Divide the Total Booked Hours by the Total Available Hours, then multiply by 100 to get the occupancy percentage.

For example:

  • If your venues are available for 1,000 hours over the next 90 days and 600 hours have been booked:
    • Occupancy = (600 ÷ 1,000) × 100 = 60%
