How to Check if a Sales Invoice Has Been Emailed in Scribe Accounts

If you're looking to confirm whether a Sales Invoice has been emailed to a customer, you can easily do so by following these steps:

Steps to Check Email Notifications for a Sales Invoice

  1. Navigate to the Sales Invoice:

    • Log in to your Scribe Accounts.
    • Go to Transactions > Sales Invoices.
    • Find the specific invoice you want to check.
  2. Edit the Sales Invoice:

    • Click on the Edit button to open the sales invoice details.
  3. Access the Notifications Section:

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    • Locate the Notifications section.
  4. Check Email Status:

    • In the Notifications section, you will see details regarding the sales invoice's email status.
