How to Clear Filters on Scribe Accounts

If you are experiencing issues with not seeing all entries in your transaction list on Scribe Accounts, it may be due to a filter being applied. Here's how you can clear filters to ensure all entries are visible:

  1. On the top right of your screen, locate and click on the 'Filter' option.
  2. A pop-up window will appear with filter options.
  3. At the bottom of the pop-up window, look for the 'Clear Filters' button and click on it.
  4. Once you have cleared the filters, your transaction list should now display all entries available.

If after following these steps you are still not seeing all entries in your transaction list, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
