How to Clear Filters on Scribe Accounts
If you are experiencing issues with not seeing all entries in your transaction list on Scribe Accounts, it may be due to a filter being applied. Here's how you can clear filters to ensure all entries are visible:
- On the top right of your screen, locate and click on the 'Filter' option.
- A pop-up window will appear with filter options.
- At the bottom of the pop-up window, look for the 'Clear Filters' button and click on it.
- Once you have cleared the filters, your transaction list should now display all entries available.
