Scribe has been optimised for use with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, we would therefore advise that you will need to log in using one of these browsers.
If you are using Chrome, follow the steps below:
On your computer, open Chrome.
Select the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner.
Select 'Delete browsing data' from the options.
Choose a time range - to delete everything, select 'All time'.
Check the boxes for both 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
Select 'Clear data'.
To clear the cache on Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:
On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
Select the three dots in the top right hand corner and select Settings.
In the left sidebar, select Privacy, search, and services.
Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click on 'Choose what to clear'.
Check the boxes for both 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
Choose a time range - to delete everything, select 'All time'.
